Dear Abby Column
Dear Abby,
I need someone to kill a fat king for me. Would you suggest anyone specific?
-Thanks for your help, In need of an Assassin
Dear In need of an Assassin,
You need Ehud. Ehud was a shofet. He was very sneaky and he can kill anyone you need. Especially fat kings. He kill King Eglon of Moab using a double sided sword(Judges 3:16). Ehud’s right hand is shriveled up, so he was able to sneak past the guards of King Eglon. When
Ehud got to King Eglon he made Eglon stand up and while he was
struggling to stand up Ehud stabbed him and snuck out. That is why you
should get Ehud for your Assassin.

Death
We are sad to report King Eglon’s death. He was killed in Judges 3:21
by the שופט Ehud. He stabbed Eglon in the stomach with a double sided
sword. Somehow Ehud snuck into the palace with his sword and he took
Eglon into his room. There he told Eglon that he has a message from G-d
to make him stand up, then it happened, ehud stabbed him in the stomach
and snuck out. Now B'nai Israel is peaceful all because of Ehud. King
Eglon of Moab is now dead.

Book Notice
The Adventures of Killing a King-Ehud by Mira Israel
This book is about the shofet Ehud in Judges 3. This
book talks about how Ehud was so sneaky that he was able to sneak in
with a double edged sword and kill King Eglon of Moab. He was a left
hand man(Judges 3:15)
and most people were right handed so the judges didn’t check the other
side of him where his sword was. He told Eglon that he was there to give
him a message from G-d and that’s where it happened. I would tell what
happens next but you are going to have to read the book to find out.
Health Column
Don’t get fat like King Eglon, Judges 3: 17.
If you do you will die like him. He had trouble standing up because he
was fat and while King Eglon was trying to stand he got stabbed by the
shofet, Ehud. Ehud told King Eglon that he had a message from God so he
started to stand but he was getting up and Ehud took his double-edged
sword and he “thrust it into his belly,” Judges 3:21.
